Returns, Exchanges, And Refunds

Refunds

If an error occurs on our part, we are happy to issue a refund or exchange on hair extensions that remain unopened, unworn, and untampered with. To qualify, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
We cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, installed, washed, brushed, colored, cut, or otherwise altered. Outside of company error, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Hair must remain in its original state—do not remove rubber bands or packaging. Once altered, the exchange becomes void.

• Any chemical processing, coloring, or modifications immediately cancel eligibility for exchange.

• Hair that has been installed, brushed, washed, bleached, dyed, or cut will not be accepted.

We recommend carefully inspecting your bundles without opening or running fingers through them. If unsure, consult with your stylist before unwrapping.

If it is determined that The Refined Hair Collection is at fault, we will cover the cost of your exchange or refund. Otherwise, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To begin an exchange, email our team with your request. Then, mail your product back in its original packaging, in resellable condition, with a copy of your exchange request enclosed. Please ship using a sturdy box (available for free at most post offices) with signature confirmation to:

Sale And Promotion Terms

• All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

• Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Only one discount code may be used per order.

• Promotional codes are single-use only and may not apply to Sale items, New Arrivals, Holiday Specials, or e-Gift Cards.

• Taxes, shipping, international fees, and e-Gift Card purchases do not count toward minimum spend requirements.

• Offers cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or gift cards and are not valid on previous purchases.
  

• The Refined Hair Company reserves the right to cancel any order involving unauthorized or ineligible code usage, as well as to adjust or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.
