Shipping And Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within two business days (excluding holidays). Orders placed while we’re closed will ship as soon as we reopen. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from USPS, UPS, or FedEx with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please be sure to check both your inbox and your spam folder so you don’t miss it.

All packages require a signature upon delivery, no exceptions. This ensures that your hair arrives safely and securely.

Our standard shipping method is via USPS or UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days. All orders are fully insured, and for security, shipments are sent only to the billing address associated with your credit card. Delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays or inclement weather, so we recommend placing your order at least two weeks before any planned hair appointments. If your package has not arrived within 24 hours of the expected delivery date, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number—they will assist in locating your package.
